Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Project Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and securing project-based sales opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role blends technical knowledge, sales expertise, and project management skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, including architects, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
2. Project Management
- Understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions that align with their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction from the initial sale through to project completion.
- Provide regular updates to clients, address concerns promptly, and ensure their needs are met.
4. Market Research and Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and market positioning.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, project status, and client interactions using the CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the project sales process and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 2,500+ (plus with commission)
