Job Objectives:
Multitask role of General Administration, recruitment, Tele-Sales
Job Description:
- Taking Interview
o Take first level interview
o Coordinate for Second level interview
o Close them on Salary once selected
o Send offer Letters
- On Boarding Candidates
o Get Documents for work permit processing
o Coordinate with Kiru for Work Permit
o Complete On boarding Exercise
- Induction
o Induction of Employees to Company
o Prepare and Update Employee Handbook
- Travelling
o Travel outside to pay sales tax, Handover Invoice to customers
- Customer Calls
o Calling customers to fix appointments
Profile Requirements
- About 3-4 years in General Administration, recruitment
- Excellent knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
