Job Desriptions:
Conduct Disciplinary Action such as preliminary investigation, witnesses’ statement, prepare investigation report, disciplinary/grievances report and managing employee attendance, etc.
Prepare disciplinary letters such as Warning letters, Performance Improvement Plan Letters, Charge Sheet, Suspension letters, Show Cause letters, Notice of Inquiry, and arrange panel for Domestic Inquiry sessions, etc.
Pro-active Industrial Relations Initiatives such as preparing email awareness, infographics communication, slide presentation, briefing arrangement on industrial relations matters, etc
Deals with the related bodies such as Industrial Relations Department, Manpower Department, Industrial Court, Malaysia Employer Federation.
Handling Performance Management matters - Staff Confirmation, Transfer, Secondment, Promotion, etc
Requirements:
Fresh graduates Diploma/Degree are encouraged to apply
Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
Prior internship experience in Human Resources is an advantage
Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized and resourceful in handling tasks
Must be able to work in HQ Seri Kembangan
