We are looking for a sous chef with hands on experience in operating and organising the hot kitchen brigade. Candidates must possess the following qualities and experiences.
- Exemplary leadership - Being able to lead, train and coach the kitchen brigade.
- Organized - Being able to plan streamlined workflow and manage stock levels.
- Good communicator - Able to convey instructions and assign tasks tactfully.
- Experience in western, local and mediterranean cuisine.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Fast worker - Complete tasks and duties within timeframe assigned.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
Candidates must possess at least 2 years in senior leadership position in a hot kitchen and able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
