Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up connections with all kinds of talents for via different of recruitment channel and job portal.
  • Maintain and manage talent database, expand, and manage job portals.
  • Sourcing according to client’s demands, telephone screening with candidates to assess thequalification of profiles.
  • Work closely with recruitment team members to search qualify candidates for requisitionmatching from the database.
  • Can work independently with good passion for business cases.
  • Work with internal functions to arrange interview and update progress for internal HM.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Recruitment Lead.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience of recruitment, good to have IT technicalrecruitment experience
  • Good human relations and recruiting ability, be professional and high efficiency insetting up talent database especially in IT industry.
  • Strong sense of responsibility; Quick response, professional attitude.
  • Must be able to work proactively and under pressure.
  • Smart for reaching qualify talents via different sourcing channel. Good Office tools skillusing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
