Job Title

Executive, Sales Northern Region

Reports To

Assistant Manager, Northern Region

Role Purpose

Implement sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for Northern Region, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector, identify new business opportunities within the government sector.

Key Accountability

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in Northern Region.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the Northern Region, including new clients, verticals, and regions.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager Norther Region to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with company policies and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the Assistant Manager Norther Region.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your network and promote our products and services.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aviation industry.

  • Strong understanding of the aviation market, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
