Description
- Schedule onsite surveys, aircon installations and servicing, ensuring timely and efficient completion of the service.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer requests and inquiries effectively.
- Oversee and manage a group of technical personnel training and performance management.
- Oversee and manage service recovery for any issues that may arise during installation.
- Ensure accurate data input for aircon related works.
- Analyse data to identify and highlight trends.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the aircon department.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Handle other operational duties as the team requires.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate work-from-home setup
- Data Entry and Management
- Social Media Moderation is a plus.
