Description

  • Schedule onsite surveys, aircon installations and servicing, ensuring timely and efficient completion of the service.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer requests and inquiries effectively.
  • Oversee and manage a group of technical personnel training and performance management.
  • Oversee and manage service recovery for any issues that may arise during installation.
  • Ensure accurate data input for aircon related works.
  • Analyse data to identify and highlight trends.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the aircon department.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
  • Handle other operational duties as the team requires.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate work-from-home setup
  • Data Entry and Management
  • Social Media Moderation is a plus.
