- Develop and implement attractive and engaging merchandise displays that adhere to company standards and guidelines.
- Create eye-catching window displays, interior displays, and special promotional displays to attract and engage customers.
- Regularly update displays to reflect seasonal changes, new product arrivals, and promotional events.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely restocking of products.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory records and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of inventory counts.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to understand product placement needs and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual merchandising efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving merchandise performance.
- Adjust merchandising strategies based on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Prepare reports on merchandising activities and outcomes for Management review.
- Create a visually appealing and customer friendly shopping environment that align with company branding.
- Ensure that product displays are accessible and easy for customers to navigate.
- Assist customers with products inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organizations of display areas.
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged and priced.
- Address any merchandising issues promptly to maintain a high standard of presentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Experienced in Fashion / Muslimah or modest fashion is an added advantage.
- Strong creativity, attention to details and trend awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work well in a team.
- Strong visual and creative skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, power point).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
