About the role :

  • Ensure that day-to-day activities runs smoothly

What you'll be doing :

  • You will be supporting the team in ;
  • Data entry, filling and organizing, handling phone calls, document management, inventory control, supporting finances team, scheduling and coordination of agendas, and general administrative supports.

What we're looking for :

  • Skillful in Microsoft ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and other softwares )
  • Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin ( Not compulsory )
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multitask the task assigned
  • Work collaboratively in team
