- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in financial management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
