Service Crew

• Ensure restaurant service is of high quality at all times while preserving guest privacy.
• Complete all cleaning and preparation tasks to ensure a smooth service at all times.
• Arrange table settings, and prepare and carry out food and beverage service to customers courteously and efficiently.
• Notify the Restaurant Manager if stock for a particular item is running low.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.
• Always strive for customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of PMR/SPM.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Basic understanding of serving.
• Willing to work weekends and selected public holidays.
• Able to work on shifts.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Enthusiastic, courteous, and helpful to colleagues and guests.
• Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys working with a multi-cultural team and restaurant guests.
• Excellent guest relation skills.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Multiple language ability is considered an additional advantage.
