Commis / Kitchen Helper
- Ensure all ingredients are freshly prepared and ready on time.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the correct recipe and in the correct quantity.
- Ensure all dishes reach the hot plate or pass with the correct garnish, portion, size, and presentation as prescribed.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the section at all times.
- Treat all staff under your supervision fairly and with courtesy.
- Ensure all stock is kept under optimum conditions.
- Promptly communicate any anticipated shortages to the head chef.
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
