-Material Inspection
- Incoming raw meat
- Ensure that condition and quality of raw meat received are acceptable for production according to the specifications set.
- In process / final finished products
- Ensure that in processed and final finished products meet the order specifications in terms of quality, cut sizes, temperature, packing and etc.
-Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Ensure maintenance and sanitation of the facility (throughout whole production cycle areas and staff zones i.e. locker rooms, toilets, laundry room and so on) is in compliance with food safety requirements.
- Ensure that all production personnel comply to the dressing and hygiene requirements.
-Stock Monitoring & Orders
- Close monitoring of stocks of all items used for production and staff clothings i.e. trays, dolly, apron, hand gloves, head nets, shoe covers and so on.
- Initiate orders whenever stocks reach the minimum supply or as per set order cycle.
-Production Flow Assessment & Work Quality Audit
- Fully understand the whole cycle of production from receiving raw meat to final finished products.
- Maintain a “floor presence” as an auditor of quality throughout the production floor.
- Ensure that pre-production, in processed and post production tasks are done accordingly which includes but not limited to the following:
- Metal detector calibration
- Random checks on production staff performance
- Barcode sticker printing and information verification
Metal detection test for failed products
- Diploma/Degree in Science or Food Science; Food Handler’s Certificate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good in analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good in systematic documentation
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & Halal requirements. Good in systematic
- Minimum 1- 2 years working experience in cosmetic or food industry.
