  • Issue Sales Invoice as per request from Sales Team.
  • Monitor job status to ensure biiling is on time.
  • Assist in preparing of monthly payroll
  • Manage payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
  • Payment processing weekly basic to suppliers.
  • Process staff claim.
  • Assist in hiring such as sending questionaire to potential candidate and schedule appointment.
  • Update HR file from time to time.
  • Perform bookingkeeping & bank reconciliations.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook; familiarity with Worksy, Employment Hero, Swingvy, Justlogin, Xero, Payroll Panda
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude, responsibility, self-discipline, and dedication to work.
  • Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
