- To prospect potential advertisers and drive advertising media sales across the company's media platforms with the overall goal of maximizing company revenue.
- Prepare customized proposals and advertising packages that meet clients’ needs and objectives.
- To liaise with media agencies, advertising agencies, and OOH media agencies to secure ad bookings.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients interested in billboard advertising.
- Acquisition of new accounts, maintaining advertisers' spend on renewals, and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client campaigns.
- Required detailed and organized approach to ensure all leads are closely followed up, well-documented instructions, ad materials are ready on time, campaigns are executed on time, payments are collected, and renewals are done satisfactorily.
- Candidate with media sales background, preferably in outdoor advertising but not necessary.
- Thrives on sales achievements.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with clients.
- Required skill(s): Excellent in presentation and good communication skills to work as a team.
- Proactive, responsible, fast to adapt to the environment, self-confident, can-do attitude, and enjoy meeting people.
- Monthly basic salary plus commission based on sales performance.
