Inventory Executive || Up To RM3500 || Shah Alam || Immediate Joiners

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock movements, raw materials, goods sold, returns, and damages.
• Record daily stock movements and on-hand inventory at the warehouse.
• Verify inbound and outbound inventory accuracy through physical counts.
• Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory tracking systems.
• Monitor deliveries, shipments, and stock levels to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
• Analyze discrepancies and recommend process improvements for better inventory control.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of audit findings and control effectiveness.
• Plan, execute, and report on operational audits, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Prepare monthly inventory aging and quarterly reports.
• Perform tasks per standard procedures and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Auditing, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing or inventory management.
• Proven track record in conducting high-quality audits and reporting findings.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on, positive attitude, high integrity, and proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and sound commercial judgment.
• Must have experience in using RFID inventory system

Salary Range

• Basic Salary : RM3000.00 – RM3500.00
• Working days - Monday - Friday, Saturday half day
• Working hours 8:00AM-5:00PM
