- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in written form, as chat support relies on written communication.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's system.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Mandarin
- Able to work on rotational shift/ night shift
- Fresh graduates are welcome with any field of study
- Candidates with little to no prior work experience are encouraged to apply
