  • Assist in preparation of branch request.

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Managing agendas for upper management.
  • Assist to check inventory, ordering, receiving, out stock and pack stock.
  • Create and update records and databases with personal, financial and other data.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentation / proposals as assigned.
  • Any other tasks that maybe assigned as and when needed.
