- Able to do multitasking.
- Data entry for monitoring system.
- Assist in preparation of branch request.
- Assist in monitoring stock issue/receive physically and in the system.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Managing agendas for upper management.
- Assist to check inventory, ordering, receiving, out stock and pack stock.
- Create and update records and databases with personal, financial and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentation / proposals as assigned.
- Any other tasks that maybe assigned as and when needed.
