- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with agricultural drones.
- Test drones after repairs to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Perform flight tests to validate system integrity and performance.
- Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and services performed.
- Monitor and manage inventory for spare parts and repair tools.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to restock frequently used parts.
- Provide technical support to customers for drone troubleshooting.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for customers on drone operation, safety, and maintenance.
- Teach customers how to create and use drone mapping software (e.g., Smart Map for autonomous operations).
- Responsible to submit present monthly operations report, analysis & other necessary reports to the management & customer.
- Diploma/Degree in Aviation/Engineering/Surveying Management (any field) with industry recognized Certifications and/or training would be a highly regarded.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAV/Aerial Technical Services and familiar with any UAV/Aerial Software for Agriculture projects would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 200 flying hours (shortlisted candidates will be required to submit verified flight log).
- Must have good mechanical skills, demonstrate UAV technical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and KPI set by Head of Operations.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, preparing reports and presentation slides.
- Willing to travel across different states in Malaysia & work outdoors according to the site location assigned by Head of Operations.
