Brief Job Summary PEGA Developer to design and develop enterprise-level Pega applications. You will be responsible for the deployment of large-scale Pega projects. This may involve developing BPM applications, integrating web services, designing data models and frameworks, and collating business analysis requirements. You should have advanced knowledge of Pega Class Hierarchy, experience with Java-based applications, and high-level project management skills. A top-level Pega developer understands the needs of the company and designs scalable applications to improve process management. Responsibilities: I.Experience as Pega consultant who focuses on application design, rule development or process architecting. II.Your overall responsibilities include Use Case Analysis, solutioning, design and implementation of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). III.Business Applications and Rules within the BPM (Business Process Optimization)/CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Suite and integration between the BPM/CRM suite and supporting applications. IV.Extensive experience using Pega PRPC and Pega framework, developer proficient with the Pega implementation cycle, including tool installation, business application and rules development, business process modeling, testing, and deployment. V.Integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services. VI.Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks. VII.Conducting system performance tests. VIII.Maintaining the security of all system applications. Requirements: I.Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science related discipline is required. II.At least 4 years related IT work experience, and Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) is a must. III.A Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) will be an advantage. IV.Excellent project management skills. V.Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
