Product Technician

Minimum Requirement : Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, MANDARIN, English. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN) to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleague & clients) Familiar with Machine: Die Attach (Four Technos. & Datacom) & Wire Bonding (K&S & Kaijo) is an advantage. Job Position/Title : Product Technician Minimum Requirement : Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or equivalent. Preferable 2+ years working experiences in related field. Having electrical circuitry knowledge, statistical, quality tools able to analyze yield data, have debug experience and etc. Able to communicate effectively and cooperate with team to solve the problem and completed task assigned. Self-motivated, work independently, good logical thinking. Report to : Level 1: Product Engineer Level 2: Nil. Level 3: Nil. Job Responsibilities : As a product owner for a product family, responsible to support Product Engineer to solve all the technical product issues occurred during the production until product EOL. As a product owner, responsible to monitor production daily and weekly production yield. Conduct Failure Analysis to find out the root cause of the defects. Have basic concept about engineering document handling such as ECN, BOM, PMP etc. Support Engineer to follow up engineering change evaluation, obtain the result and ensure Cut-off effectiveness. Understand the product specification, circuitry diagram, and process flow so that Competent in handle any product quality issue raised. Involve in the new product buyoff to ensure the readiness for the manufacturing. Multitasking while complete duties assigned by Engineer from time to time.
