ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Accurately enter financial transaction into accounting software 2.Process supplier invoices,verifying expenses,and ensure timely payments to suppliers 3.Assist in preparing financial reports 4.Maintain and organise financial documents and records in an orderly manner 5.Assist with external audits by providing necessary documentation and information 6.Ensure compliance with company policies,accounting standards and regulatory requirements 7.Perform general administrative duties,such as filling ans photocopying related to accounting REQUIREMENTS: 1.At least a diploma in accountancy or related field 2.Previous experience in and accounting role is preffered but not required 3.proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel and wors) 4.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting 5.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
