Administrative Duties: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Organize and maintain office filing systems, ensuring documentation is easily accessible and up to date. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other essential documents. Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement activities to maintain inventory levels. Oversee logistics, including travel arrangements and event coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle incoming calls and emails, and provide appropriate responses or escalate as required. Accounting Duties: Maintain accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable. Process invoices, expense claims, and employee reimbursements in a timely manner. Prepare financial statements and reports for review by management. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial compliance with regulatory standards. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and financial institutions regarding transactions and account management.
