Gen AI - Architect

Key Responsibilities  Architect high-level AI solutions and create a road map to guide and inform the development teams.  Lead the design of system architectures that effectively integrate LLMs into existing business processes and workflows.  Evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies to enhance solution robustness.  Act as the key decision-maker in technical choices, balancing immediate needs with longterm impacts.  Foster strong collaboration between data science, engineering, and product teams to align architectural developments with business goals.  Guide the organization in maintaining a scalable and cost-effective technology stack.  Provide mentorship and technical leadership to less experienced architects and developers Requirements & Skills  Strong background in AI, machine learning, and software architecture with a special focus on natural language processing and deep learning.  Hands-on experience with large language models, transformers, and the latest AI technologies like RAG pipelines and vector embedding.  Proficient in techniques such as in-context learning, fine-tuning, zero-shot learning, and few shot learning.  Experienced in designing and deploying AI applications on both on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
