RESPONSIBILITIES JOB HIGHLIGHTS • Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of construction activities. • Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly. • Collaborate with the project management team to plan and schedule construction activities. • Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders. • Ensure materials and equipment are delivered and used efficiently. • Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and specifications. • Identify and address quality issues to avoid project delays. • Implement and enforce safety protocols at the construction site. • Conduct regular site safety audits and ensure compliance with local construction and safety regulations. • Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to the approved budget. • Report any cost variations and propose mitigation strategies to the project manager. • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, reports, and photographs. • Prepare and submit regular updates to the management team • Provide technical support during project implementation • Troubleshoot arising site issues • Handle client complaints • Attend site meeting • Prepare quotation for client, follow up PO and monitor job progress • To achieve KPI of the Company and project respectively. • Perform other ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned from time to time. CORE COMPETENCIES • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision or project execution. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. • Familiarity with Malaysian construction laws, regulations, and standards. • Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Possession of a valid driving license is often required.
