SAILING INSTRUCTOR

 Welcome and teach the sailing activity to followers of any levels of any adults and children, and nationalities  Prepare and make theoretical and practical classes  Define for every beginner its first strategy of shot  Estimate the competence and elaborate an educational program adapted to needs and to levels of the pupils  Accept the variety of the capacities of every GM  Master and guarantee the application of the methods of education of the sailing  Adopt an attitude and a behavior favoring the integration of GM  Animate the activity by organizing specific sessions (playful and\or educational) while proposing forms of original and rewarding practices to the GM  Organize and animate competitions for all, adults and children  Participate to the sailing animation and to the life of the village  Apply the standards of Club Med, particularly in terms of safety and hygiene of the sailing activity  Engage corrective actions if necessary  Apply the directives and the orders of the sport manager or the sailing supervisor  Manage the material of the activity  Watch to assure the quality and the quantity of equipments all season long  Make respect the patrimony of the sailing (location, infrastructure, material and equipment)  Be anxious to inform the sport manager of the problems related to the activity  Assure the follow-up of the organization in agreement with the sports manager  Through the sailing activity, facilitate the links and the exchanges between the GM  Set up an education favoring the practice in the theory.  Watch the unconditional respect for every follower whatever its possibilities, its nationality and its age are  Be fascinated, give envy, to arouse vocations  Be serious in the contents and relaxed in the presentation
