Serve • Participate in the animation of bars according to the event • Welcome and advise the Japanese guest on the choice of drinks • Take orders from the Japanese guest or the waiters in lounge • Prepare and serve the drinks to Japanese guest • Collect the payment (if local sales) and register sales • Replenish the self service points of distribution and the workstation during the service • Direct the Japanese guest to the assistant chief of bar for any particular request • Write on the bar book any dysfunctions (equipment, etc…) can speak in japanase “Mise en place” • Respect the hourly schedule • Apply the schedule of tasks • Participate in the reception of products, consumables, linen and PMH • Ensure the “Mise en place” of the bar, the workstation and the decoration • Maintain and clean its workstation and all used equipments • Realize the daily inventory Cleaning • Respect the hourly schedule • Apply the plan of cleaning • Clean all glassware • Clean the furniture of the room, the counter and the office, during and after the service • Clear, maintain and clean its workstation, used equipments and the storage room Apply the Quali-Signs and Pro-Signs standards and the procedures • Use and follow the standards and the procedures ("Quali-Signs" "Pro-Signs") Apply the rules of hygiene and safety • Use and respect the H.A.C.C.P. method and the rules of hygiene and safety • Respect the clothing and personal hygiene rules
