Purchasing Executive

JOBS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all activities regarding trade purchasing, including stock order forecast, request for quotation, issue purchase order, arrange shipment, do receiving. Manage the entire process in the planning of purchasing activities, including sourcing, liaising and negotiating with suppliers to obtain best price and service, costing analysis, negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers. Responsible for purchasing planning for where and how much material to buy and how much material to keep on hand and track. Work with relevant departments to plan and scheduling the material requirement plan. Oversees day to day purchasing operation and control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management. Required Skills:- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous. Required skill (s): Ms.Word, Excel, Power Point. Able to start work immediately an added advantage Working experience in high volume manufacturing environment. Good calculation skills are needed to ensure purchasing accuracy at all time.. Spoken & written language(s): English & Mandarin (have to communicate with China)
