In a competitive market segment, we position ourselves as the best value provider. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory management, stock control, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily stock operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and conducting regular stock counts. • Maintain and update stock records in the system. • Handle stock discrepancies and adjustments in a timely manner. • Assist with organizing and managing the storage area, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently. • Perform regular stock checks and ensure products are well-organized and easy to access. • Work closely with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and timely delivery. • Receive shipments, verify the quantity and quality of items, and manage the product storage process. • Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed. • Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements: • Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or in a similar role. • Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus). • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage. • Ability to work well in a team and independently. • Candidates with a diploma or relevant qualifications are preferred. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
