Security Officer

Job Description – Security Officer 1. Conduct security check and inspection of the IAMM building area. 2. To record and issue type of Security passes to all visitor/contractor/supplier when duty at Checkpoint office. 3. Checking goods carried by contractor / supplier though Checkpoint area and recorded in logbook. 4. Checking and recorded all items including artefact’s leaving or coming into the IAMM using appropriate form provided. 5. Random check on visitor for validity of entrance tickets for the galleries. 6. To report Control Room of any abnormalities around IAMM building. 7. Monitoring closely when staffs are doing maintenance work and standby at galleries when Display Unit team transferring the artefact’s. 8. To good look out on visitors in order to prevent any vandalism or damages from occurring. 9. To provide assistance to the visitor when required. 10. Preparing daily report on anything they observed to SSO (Senior Security Officer). 11. Ensure museum galleries and facilities on good condition.
