We are seeking a skilled Workplace Infrastructure Support Specialist to manage and maintain IT assets and ensure seamless technical support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure management and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for workplace infrastructure, including laptops, monitors, docking stations, conference video equipment, and network setups. Manage IT processes such as Incident Management, Access Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Change Management, and IT Security. Collaborate with vendors, second-level, and third-level teams to implement solutions and changes. Train users on IT processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Create and update technical and process documentation to maintain relevance and clarity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace infrastructure support within a multinational environment. At least 2 years of experience supporting senior-level stakeholders. Proficiency in vendor management and IT asset management. Technical Skills: Advanced troubleshooting skills for IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, video conferencing tools, MS Windows, O365, iOS, and Android OS. Expertise in Active Directory, deployment tools, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). Strong knowledge of encryption, TCP/IP, networking troubleshooting, APIs, and webmail.
