Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Inspect materials, workmanship, and construction processes to identify any deviations, deficiencies, or potential risks. Document observations, measurements, and inspection findings accurately. Assist in conducting inspections at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards. Report any non-compliance or quality concerns to the PMU Engineer for further action. Collaborate with contractors to address and rectify any quality or compliance issues. Ensure timely submission of Daily Report by subcontractor. Assess and verify Daily Report by subcontractor accordingly. Assist in preparing reports detailing construction progress, inspection findings, and recommendations for improvements. Maintain accurate records of Daily Site Report, inspections, and relevant project documentation. Ensure timely submission of reports and other documentation to the Project Monitoring Unit. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to communicate project requirements and address any construction-related concerns. Assist in coordinating with the PMU Engineer and other team members to ensure effective project monitoring.
