Oversee operation of account functions: Ensure controls of documentation and processes are in place and compliance with the Group’s Limit of Authorities. Responsible for regulatory and management financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely financial information to management. Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and supporting documentation. Tax planning and compliance with Statutory on tax matters: Prepare and submit tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements, in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Ensuring optimum cash flow management and liquidity forecast Annual Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Financial and Costing Analysis, Reporting and Compliance with Accounting Standards: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency. Preparation of Board Circular Resolution and Board Papers: Prepare board papers on financial performance and other financial matters.
