YARN CALCULATION SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities Calculate yarn quantities for orders based on production needs by using yarn consumption formulas, weight calculations, and production standards to create accurate yarn order quantities. Coordinate with the yarn procurement team to schedule and manage yarn stock arrivals Collaborate with production planners to optimize material usage and reduce waste. Maintain an accurate record of yarn inventory and usage by monitoring yarn stock levels, forecast future needs, and assist in the procurement process to ensure a consistent yarn supply. Assist in the preparation of yarn for order processing and ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records of yarn consumption data, calculations, and orders. Perform any other related tasks as needed Requirements: Proficient in Excel (essential for managing calculations and data) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks under tight deadlines Effective communication and coordination skills
