A bar crew is responsible to work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods such as Poke & Grain Bowls while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements. He/She is also responsible to perform cashier duties and provide customer service according to operation needs. Essential Job Functions - To prepare the day-to-day menu requirements as agreed with the Manager and have food displays ready for opening or set times as agreed. - Prepare food products to the correct specification. Ensure dining areas, kitchen and equipment are clean and tidy. - Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy. - Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code. - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner when needed. Be knowledgeable of the food & beverage menus - Perform assigned duties safely and efficiently - Communicate any accidents and/or issues immediately to your supervisor. - Any ad hoc task assigned by the superior.
