Sales Executive Job location : Kuala Lumpur Salary range: RM2,700 - RM 4, 300 Mission: The mission of the Sales Executive is to drive business growth by securing new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Outcomes: - Manage assigned key customers and partners, fostering strong relationships to consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas. - Strategically expand your sales funnel by a minimum of 100% within 6 months, identifying and nurturing new leads. - Possesses a keen ability to convert 50% of marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities, demonstrating strong conversion skills. Key Responsibilities: - A hustler who thrives in exceeding expectations in a challenging environment. - A perceptive, persistent, and persuasive communicator with a talent for building trust and closing deals. - Adept at handling pressure and maintaining a positive attitude under challenging circumstances. - Able to build connections with anyone. Requirements: - Minimum possess Diploma (or equivalent) or related qualifications. - Experience: Minimum 1-2 years for Junior roles and 3-5 years for Senior roles. - Excellent communication & presentation skills, relationship management skills, local markets, industry, and market trends - B2B background - Working hours: 9:00 am to 18:00 pm, Monday to Friday. OT will be required if needed - Proficient in speaking Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Bahasa Malaysia is a must) - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (at least with enthusiasm and willingness to learn) - Sales-driven individual and/or B2B and IT background will be an advantage. - Good communication skills and good attitude. - Preferably candidate to possess own transport (focus in Klang Valley).
