Key Responsibilities Sales Process: • Process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery. Assist in the development and implementation of order management processes and procedures • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock availability. • Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks as needed. Data Analytics: • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team to drive performance. • Sales Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key sales metrics, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and performance against targets. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate sales performance against established KPIs. • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, systems, and tools. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency. Project Management: • Maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets with KAMs. • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree • Experience: Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, and a project management role. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
