Data Processing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting various data-related projects. This candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by providing detailed data analysis, optimizing sales processes, and data encoding and sales orders processing. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data processing tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Sales Process: • Process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery. Assist in the development and implementation of order management processes and procedures • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock availability. • Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks as needed. Data Analytics: • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team to drive performance. • Sales Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key sales metrics, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and performance against targets. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate sales performance against established KPIs. • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, systems, and tools. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency. Project Management: • Maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets with KAMs. • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree • Experience: Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, and a project management role. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
