QA Engineer

To lead and supervise the whole QA department including of IQC, IPQC and OQC to achieve its Section Quality Objective. To ensure the procedure and operation function is well maintained according to ISO 9001 & 14001 Quality Manual & Procedure To review and establish the Work Instruction/Procedures/ Process flow chart to each QA section when necessary. To coordinate with each section for problem solving on quality issue To establish the quality control plan for new project together with the project team. To lead and organize weekly meeting within QA department and production and submit the monthly report including of disposition proposal for non-conformance product before 7th of the month. To attend to customer feedback or complaints and supplier quality issue. To attend and conduct audit to supplier plant based on planned interval schedule. To ensure all measuring equipment are well maintained and calibrated within the planned interval schedule. To keep in providing the guidance, training internally or externally to all QA members To upkeep the document control in QA department To participate the company activity related to ISO 9001 & 14001 such as RoHS committee, ERT Program, Internal Audit Team & etc. To plan for continual improvement activities on QA department such as product quality Improvement plan as well as supplier performance improvement. To keep continual motivation to QA department members.
