VACANCY CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE (FCL/LCL EXPORT) DIA-Chemical Sdn Bhd aspires to be the leader and innovator in providing sustainable solutions to water and wastewater problems. We are looking for a Customer Services Executive (FCL/LCL Export) who is able to play a dynamic role in export related activities. Key roles and responsibilities: • Perform shipment planning, follow-ups, tracking and invoicing with customers. • Shipping documents preparation, follow-ups, tracking and invoicing with vendors. • Able to do booking with carriers/vendors/forwarders. • Responsible for full set of export shipping document and invoices (Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices , Insurance Documents, etc). • To coordinate with customers for confirmation of documents and to check that permits and documentations are in order. • Ensure all delivery deadlines and requirements are fulfilled. • Preparation of export documentation – declaring and filing. • Handle and negotiate freight charges, haulage, logistic and forwarding cost with related parties. • Planning and monitoring of shipment schedule. • To handle & troubleshoot any issue related to shipments independently. Key requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor in Business/Logistic/Supply Chain or other related areas. • Applicants must possess valid driving license with own transport. • Willing to travel occasionally. • Computer literate & typing skill. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Excellence in MS Excel & Word, MS Outlook and MS One Drive. • Ideally some experience in logistic management and customer service. • Interested in working in a dynamic environment with strong adaptability to gain new experience each time. Have strong management skills, acceptance toward changes and continuous improvement with good teamwork. • Compulsory knowledge in LOGISTICS & FREIGHT FORWARDING. • Keep good communication with external & internal parties and control through all phases of the journey of the shipment. • Can work independently, have a sense of responsibility and a good working attitude. • Able to work under pressure and work in a team. • At least 1-2 years of working experience.
