We are seeking for a dynamic and creative Marketing and Event Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and management of events and promotional activities within the mall, while also supporting marketing initiatives to enhance the mall’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Plan, organize, and execute mall events, including promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
    • Manage event logistics, including budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
    • Oversee on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution.
  • Promotional Lot Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the usage of promotional spaces during events.
    • Identify and onboard vendors that are suitable and can attract crowds to fill promotional lots.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of promotional lots.
  • Festive Season Decorations:
    • Work with the design team to conceptualize and implement festive decorations for major seasons.
    • Coordinate with vendors for setup and designs.
  • Marketing and Collaboration:
    • Assist with the creation of event marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing team.
    • Promote events through digital and in-mall advertising.
    • Support marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and enhance the mall’s brand presence.
  • Post-Event Analysis:
    • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather insights for future improvements.
    • Prepare detailed reports and feedback to refine event strategies.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications

    • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a retail or mall environment.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail, especially for festive and seasonal decorations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with tenants, vendors, and team members.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Knowledge of design trends and an eye for aesthetic appeal (experience with decoration planning is a plus).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management tools is an advantage.
    • Experience in marketing strategies and digital advertising is preferred.
