- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve when customers/ merchants’ complaints.
- Responding professionally and promptly to customers/ merchants’ inquiries including IT relevant questions (integration).
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our merchants/ customers through our communication channels.
- Keep updated with company procedures and processes.
- Identifies merchants/ customers issue and escalate to the right department.
- Enters and updates daily reports.

- Able to communicate and understand in Mandarin.
- Possess own transportation.
- Willing to work rotational shifts.

- Working Hour: 5 Working Days + 2 Days Off - Work at Office.
- Shift Operation Hour: (6.00am - 3.00pm), (12.00pm - 9.00pm) & (9.00pm - 6.00am).
- Parking Allowance: RM 400.
- Housing Allowance: RM 600 (Upon Confirmation).
- Medical Benefit: RM 300 + 14 Days (Sick Leave).
- Annual Leave: 14 Days.
- Statutory Contribution: EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
