  • Provide friendly and efficient service to our merchants/ customers.
  • Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve when customers/ merchants’ complaints.
  • Responding professionally and promptly to customers/ merchants’ inquiries including IT relevant questions (integration).
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our merchants/ customers through our communication channels.
  • Keep updated with company procedures and processes.
  • Identifies merchants/ customers issue and escalate to the right department.
  • Enters and updates daily reports.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to communicate and understand in Mandarin.
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts.
  • Able to work on public holiday.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meticulous and high attention to detail.

  • Working Hour: 5 Working Days + 2 Days Off - Work at Office.
  • Shift Operation Hour: (6.00am - 3.00pm), (12.00pm - 9.00pm) & (9.00pm - 6.00am).
  • Parking Allowance: RM 400.
  • Housing Allowance: RM 600 (Upon Confirmation).
  • Medical Benefit: RM 300 + 14 Days (Sick Leave).
  • Annual Leave: 14 Days.
  • Statutory Contribution: EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
  • Paid for Overtime, Work on Off Day & Work on Public Holiday.
