Plan and organize activities that promote motor, social, and cooperative skills, as well as confidence.
Encourage language development through storytelling, songs, role play, and conversations.
Lead creative activities like art, drama, music, and physical fitness.
Observe children to track progress and identify any developmental, emotional, or health issues.
Monitor children’s health, safety, and nutrition, and identify factors affecting their progress.
Supervise children to ensure safety and resolve conflicts.
Assist children in developing good eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
Discuss children's progress and concerns with parents and staff, and refer them to other services when needed.
Work together with other professionals supporting young children.

Candidate must possess at least PERMATA/ KAP, Diploma or Degree is an added advantage.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
Prior experience working with young children (e.g., as a teaching assistant, daycare worker, or in a preschool setting) is often preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification may be required or needed within a certain time frame after hiring.
