- Inventory Management: Track and manage stock levels accurately, perform regular stock checks, and update inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently and on time.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive shipments, inspect goods for quality and quantity, and store items correctly in the warehouse.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, ensuring products are accessible and properly labeled.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions via phone, email, or chat promptly.
- Order Tracking & Updates: Assist customers with order status updates, process returns or exchanges, and resolve concerns effectively.
- Product Information: Provide detailed information about products, availability, pricing, and promotions to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Experience in both warehouse management and customer service roles is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Familiar with inventory management software, order management systems, and basic MS Office tools.
