  • Inventory Management: Track and manage stock levels accurately, perform regular stock checks, and update inventory records.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently and on time.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Receive shipments, inspect goods for quality and quantity, and store items correctly in the warehouse.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service preferred.
    • Experience in both warehouse management and customer service roles is a plus.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with inventory management software, order management systems, and basic MS Office tools.
