- To handle full set of accounts and responsible for closing and preparation of monthly financial reports for few inter-company in accordance of statutory compliance and accounting standards requirement financial review
- Responsible to review AR & AP, preparation and submission of monthly management accounts with Debtors and Creditors ageing report.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial and management account reports monthly for management review.
- Compile accounts and prepare transfer pricing documentation between inter-company.
- Review of Bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations particularly relating to statutory requirement, taxation, SST and etc.
- Liaise with external auditor, statutory bodies, company secretary, bankers, tax agent, etc.
- Liaise with sales department to ensure billing, discount, return and any related issues from time to time
- Liaise with relevant departments for stock control and costing management issue.
- Review and perform monthly stock count.
- Review and prepare of monthly salary calculation and statutory payments.
- Perform cash withdrawal for salary and petty cash control.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignments and multiple tasks as and when required by the management.
- Candidates must possess at minimum Diploma / Professional Certificate / Degree in Accounting or any other equivalent. Professional Qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CPA) would be added advantage.
- The candidate is preferred to have at least 3 years & above experience in accounting
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Multi-tasking, Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently with self-initiative
- SQL Accounting Software Experience is required
