Telesales Executive
• Contact prospective clients via phone to promote SME banking products and services
• Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues
• Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processes
• Strong telemarketing and sales background, preferably in banking or financial services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Highly responsible, disciplined, and responsive
• Must have own transport for occasional site visits, if required
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Sales-driven mindset with a proactive and goal-oriented approach
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply)
• Working hours: 9:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Weekdays only)
