Report and assist the superior in completing the daily task as required
Assist the superior in performing the store audit and prepare the review or records
Assisting the manager in the execution of new outlet opening
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, copying, and data entry.
Assist in resolving any operation and administrative problems
Support the department with administrative tasks such as purchase order processing and supplier communication.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that communicates the nutritional benefits of our products to consumers.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accurate and up-to-date nutritional information is obtained.
Conduct nutritional analysis on existing and potential products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma preferably in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Care, Health Science or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good command in Mandarin is an advantage.
Computer literate and detail oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Additional knowledge/credit in personal care/cosmetics, food and health supplement products will be an advantage
Previous experience preferably in the retail pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
Solid understanding of local and international regulations related to nutrition and pharmaceutical safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
Possess initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.
