- Manage and oversee the entire 2x restaurant operations in KL & Selangor
- Overseeing the overall management of the dining establishment, strictly adhering to food safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
- Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve IT
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
- Make sure company regulation in the well keep-running, strict compliance in company standard in hygiene and safety regulations.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Minimum 1 Year of working experience FnB Management field is required for this position.
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin. English is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and management skill
- Excellent conflict resolution ability
- Must be able to work shift work including weekends and public holidays
- Able to work in a NON-HALAL restaurant due to business nature
