  • Manage and oversee the entire 2x restaurant operations in KL & Selangor
  • Overseeing the overall management of the dining establishment, strictly adhering to food safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
  • Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve IT
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
  • Make sure company regulation in the well keep-running, strict compliance in company standard in hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Minimum 1 Year of working experience FnB Management field is required for this position.
  • Able to communicate well in Mandarin. English is advantageous.

  • Excellent conflict resolution ability
  • Must be able to work shift work including weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work in a NON-HALAL restaurant due to business nature
