- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Oversee general office administration, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- Organize staff training sessions and team-building activities.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and other administrative tasks.
