  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.

  • Organize staff training sessions and team-building activities.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and other administrative tasks.
