Responsibilities for BDM
• Proven track record in sales with an understanding of customer analysis, business plans, marketing focus, identification of growth, and management experience is key having been gained from Engineering / Manufacturing / BFSI / Semicon / Embedded Industry.
• Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
• Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecast.
• Development: responsible for driving revenues from the assigned account scope across the entire opportunity management cycle.
• Client delivery assurance: ensure that the projects are executed according to client expectations within the parameters of the terms of contract.
• Taking Go-to-market solutions: work closely with the Solutions Leader to build customized solutions pitches for the target account and driving the revenues and delivery of these solutions to the account scope.
• Account Planning and Governance: responsible for oversight of all Client Management processes including planning, selling, delivery and management.
• Pricing decisions: responsibility through involvement with negotiations and renegotiations of Master Service Agreements with the clients.
Skills, Experience & Qualification:
• Master in Business Administration
• 5-10 years work experience in Engineering / Manufacturing / BFSI / Semicon / Embedded Industry.
• Strong experience in Malaysia Region
• Strong commercial and negotiating skills
• Aptitude to plan and organize.
• Knowledge of the organization and contacts
• Structured and well organized.
• Flexible and Pro-active.
• Acts as bid issue escalation point and is responsible for resolution management.
• Ability to understand complex processes.
• Customer minded attitude
• Good analytical skills and aptitude to self learning
• Rapidly acquire knowledge of processes and service offerings
