MTM-G Field Engineer

1. Main responsibilities will be as the field engineer on site operation utilizing technology of non-contact magnetometer gradient tomography method, MTM-G or magnetometer tomography method, MTM 2. Participation in onshore and offshore pipelines integrity inspection projects; 3. Well verse on the field work related to innovative pipeline integrity inspection by non-contact Global Magnetic Tomography Method (MTM-G); 4. Responsible in the field inspection work, ensuring data received fulfils quality control 5. Ensure field data of MTM-G data downloading and uploading is done according to time requirement 6. Responsible in attending to client’s technical / site clarifications while performing MTM-G inspection 7. Responsible in locating the buried pipeline as per the drawing / guide from client’s representative 8. Responsible in Collecting and interpreting data, analysing results and reporting the result back to the relevant team members. 9. Responsible to provide site report such as progress report, tool condition and etc 10. Responsible and maintain the communication with the tool designer/developer through project manager or project leader 11. Provide support related to handling tool of MTM-G and relation with other subcontractor, 3rd party or client 12. Improvise whenever it is required while performing field work of pipeline inspection utilizing MTM-G/MTM 13. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Certificate in engineering, science or equivalent 14. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Russian 15. At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field of non-contact pipeline inspection utilizing magnetic tomography method / magnetic gradient tomography method, MTM/MTM-G 16. Experience in operating all range of pipe locator/metal detector device 17. Proven experience in oil & gas industry.
